This competitive landscape means that advertisements and marketing efforts need to bold and eye-catching, especially when they’re side-by-side other newspaper ads. To achieve this differentiation our graphic design took on a less traditional look for this real estate agent. Instead of just posting recent listings, the flyers and ads we developed made use of colorfully modern illustrations, unique typography and catchy headlines.
